Refund policy
At Be Brawn, we take pride in delivering clean, functional beverages with the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Replacements
Purchases made through our online store cannot be returned once delivered.
However, if you receive a defective product, a product damaged during transit, or an expired product, we will gladly provide a free replacement.
To process a replacement, customers must share photographs of the damaged/expired product and proof of purchase by emailing us at connect@bebrawn.in.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Please note: No returns or replacements will be accepted if you simply do not like the product or feel it does not meet your expectations.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The shipping address is not serviceable by our delivery partners, or
- There is an unreasonable delay in delivery.
Damaged/expired products will be handled through our Returns & Replacement Policy above.
If a refund is approved in writing by us, it will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment. Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
No Refunds Will Be Provided In The Following Cases
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept the delivery.
Delivery made to an alternate person or location as specified by the customer.
Events beyond our control (force majeure).
Product tampered with or mishandled by the customer.
